Summer Programs

    OPEN TO THE PUBLIC:

Youth swim lessons are designed for a wide range of ages, abilities, and skill levels.  With several class levels ranging from fundamentals to swim team prep, the program emphasizes water safety, confidence, and proper stroke development in a supportive and structured environment.

Classes are intentionally kept small, with no more than four swimmers per instructor, allowing for individualized instruction and consistent skill progression. Swimmers are grouped by age and ability to ensure a positive and effective learning experience.

Lesson Format & Scheduling

Swim lessons are offered in 25-minute sessions on select weekdays. Morning and evening lesson options may be available depending on the session.

Youth Tennis & Pickleball Programs

Offered for a range of ages and skill levels, programs emphasize skill development, sportsmanship, and enjoyment of the game in a positive and structured setting.

Youth lesson formats may include multiple sessions per week, with groupings based on age and ability. Options include:

  • Beginner/advanced beginner tennis
  • Intermediate tennis
  • Pickleball instruction

Tennis Team

The Aqua Club Tennis Team provides a fun and social competitive environment for youth athletes interested in league play and tournament competition. Practices focus on:

  • Technical stroke development
  • Tactical singles and doubles play
  • Match strategy and scoring
  • Team-based games and competitions

Participants should be able to rally and serve from the baseline and understand basic scoring. Younger or newer players may be placed in a pre-team group based on skill readiness.

Team practices, league matches, tournaments, and special events are scheduled throughout the season and communicated directly to participating families.

Adult Tennis & Pickleball

A variety of fun, social, and competitive opportunities are offered for adult members and their guests to enjoy tennis and pickleball. Whether you’re brand new to the sport, looking for casual play, or seeking more competitive match experiences, there’s something for everyone.

These classes are open to ages 16 and up and are a great way to transition into social and open play.

Tennis & Pickleball Socials

Adult Tennis & Pickleball Socials are a fun, community-focused way to meet other members and enjoy casual play in a low-pressure environment. These events typically feature:

  • One court dedicated to tennis for players who can serve and rally
  • One court dedicated to pickleball, open to all skill levels
  • A social, potluck-style atmosphere that encourages connection on and off the court

RSVPs are required in advance. Participants will be asked to indicate whether they plan to play tennis, pickleball, or both.

Tennis Flights (Competitive Play)

Tennis Flights offer structured, competitive match play for players looking to challenge themselves against others of similar ability.

Flights are organized with:

  • Four players per group at comparable skill levels
  • A series of no-ad pro sets against each participant
  • Winners determined by total games won

Flights begin once a group of similarly skilled players is formed. Interested players should email Coach Rob with their name, contact information, USTA rating, and availability.

Designed to support athletes at every stage, from first-time divers to those refining advanced optional dives, the program emphasizes safety, body control, board work, and proper technique, with progressions based on skill readiness rather than age alone.

Instruction will provide an environment for safe learning while encouraging the development of skills with attainable goals personalized to each student. Emphasis on deck and board safety is included in each class.

Class options include Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced (requires coach approval).

Water Polo is a fun, fast-paced team sport that combines swimming, teamwork, and strategy. Often compared to soccer played in the water, it is an exciting way for athletes to stay active, build confidence, and be part of a strong team community—while wearing some pretty iconic caps.

Emphasis: teamwork and sportsmanship, fitness, endurance, and coordination, skill development in a high-energy environment, and a positive and inclusive team experience.

Program structure:

  • Practices grouped by age
  • Team-based drills and conditioning
  • League games and matches against other clubs
  • Opportunities for preseason, regular season, and postseason play

Eligibility: For ages 7-18 and must be able to swim at least 25 yards continuously and tread water for a short period of time.  No prior water polo experience is required.

Athletes from many sports—such as swimming, soccer, basketball, football, lacrosse, wrestling, and baseball—often find that their skills translate well to water polo.  Even athletes who don’t consider themselves strong swimmers are encouraged to try—many first-time players discover a lifelong passion for the sport.
